Kelsey was destined for a life and career of movement from an early age.

As a member of a long lineage of athletes, dancers, and teachers, Kelsey’s love for movement and comprehensively teaching it to others is in her blood. She is a BASI Pilates certified teacher and a Master Barre Instructor for Tracey Mallett Fitness. Kelsey also received the highest level of training through the Stretch to Win: Fascial Stretch Therapy Program, and is a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist. Her confluence of training, movement, and care for the body acutely represents why Kelsey’s clients are devoted to her system.



Pilates at Move With Studio is based off the original work and principles Joseph Pilates but takes a modern twist. It is ever evolving and can be tailored to each body that is in the studio on any given day. Kelsey teaches Pilates through an evidence-based movement practice which focuses on developing strength, fine motor skills and body awareness. She encourages self-efficacy and promotes empowerment. Her instruction is meant to create a lasting connection between mental and physical wellbeing.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a form of bodywork that is a dynamic and effective way to care for your body. It targets fascia, the most prevalent connective tissue in the body, and supports every aspect of movement  — muscles, tendons, organs, ligaments, and nerves. Kelsey is a level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist and has worked with countless high-profile professional athletes and teams throughout the years.



Kelsey’s approach to teaching barre focuses on combining both full range-of-motion and isometric movements that target the entire body. Her barre classes increase strength, stability and heart rate. Movement sequences are frequently set to the beat of music where she incorporates her prolific playlists into each class.
