Kelsey Wiedenhoefer

is a BASI certified Pilates teacher, Master Barre Instructor, and Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist. She has served as co-founder and Director of Instruction at Maiden Lane Studios, which under her leadership became the premiere boutique studio in San Francisco. Kelsey now owns and operates Move With Studio in the East Bay of California and shares her ethos of conscious movement with international clientele of all backgrounds, from those new to the Pilates method to students rehabbing from major injuries and professional athletes.
